"I invite you to delve deeper within. Move inward until the world within you is in focus, and the world outside of you becomes fuzzy – less important, like you are a camera and you are zooming and focusing into your deeper, true self.
Notice what may fall away when the world around you becomes less important:
- Societal expectations
- Opinions of other humans in your life
- Your physical appearance
In fact, all that is left is you . . . with yourself. The You that you were when you were born and the YOU that you will be when this life ends – and all the time in between. You are you own true companion on this journey of your life.
