Flow is fun but there’s something so powerful about a classic practice that invites us to sharpen our focus and hone our awareness in the individual postures.
This alignment-centered practice creates an opportunity for you to make some refinements and reconnect with the activations within postures.
I find this is a great practice for experienced students when you’re wanting to keep things simple or for newer students developing a foundation, which makes it perfect for those times you’re practicing with family or friends of mixed levels!
