You're welcome at the Yoga Potluck! This online yoga community was created by Gina Caputo as a place to come together in meaningful ways and explore the teachings and practices of Yoga with like-minded people. We are sincere, but not serious and have a lot of fun exploring what it means to be human and evolve together. Yoga asana, Satsang Soul Circles and meditations are a part of what we do each month, both live and recorded. You're welcome here, just as you are.
