This is a series of different meditations to support a consistent practice. One begins with simple, seated stretching (1/2 stretching, 1/2 meditation). Another begins with breathwork (1/2 breathwork, 1/2 meditation). One is a body-centric meditation. One is a Bedtime meditation. Each one is available with background music or without.
