Asana – Breathwork – Meditation – the Yoga Trinity
In this practice we’ll move through a hip-centric flow before grounding ourselves with some relaxation inducing breathwork and then settle in for a short meditation practice.
I crafted this for those days when you want it all but have short time and are ready to drop right in.
You might like to have 2 blocks and a meditation cushion or folded blanket for this practice.
