This is another short and sweet lunar energy practice in the Moondrops series.
Each practice is made up of a combination of simple slow flow and hip openers, each with a primary focus on a different quadrant of your hips.
This Moondrops practice focuses on the front of your hips: hip flexors and quadriceps. It’s an antidote to long periods of sitting or some strenuous quad focused workouts and for anytime you want the feeling of opening your front gates.
You might like to have one block for this practice.
