Live Asana 10/13/24 - Time, Cycles, Kala - a big fun Progressive Namaskar sequence. A progressive Namaskar is a big cycle made up of smaller, repetitive cycles but each new cycle brings a new movement. We get to bear witness to what remains similar in each cycle of our lives and how there is always room for new growth and exploration. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Culminates in a sweet savasana with didgeridoo (cyclical, circular breathing) and tibetan singing bowls (cycles of movement of the striker around the bowl).
