Nothing happens in your mind that goes unnoticed by your body and nothing happens in your body that goes unnoticed by your mind. And largely, that’s because of your autonomic nervous system.
Recalibrate is a practice that addresses some of the common freeze-fight-or-flight spots in your body – shoulders, neck, hip flexors – and gives you the chance to release them, which sends your brain the message that all is well and you can relax again.
And we’ll close this one with some downshifting breathwork.
