Set Breaks during a live show are about sustainability – a little recalibration and rejuvenation for a strong second set.
This practice is for those much needed Set Break moments in your life – some slow movement through all your joints culminating in an efficient and powerful bit of restorative rest to refresh you in body, mind and spirit!
You may want a bolster or a double stuffed pillowcase for this practice.
Each of these practices has a curated playlist made up of bands who were going to tour in 2020!
