Full Circle is a “mandala” practice – a mandala is a circular, sacred space that represents wholeness and is a container in which you can flourish.
Inside the mandala, you celebrate your inner world, your creativity and offerings.
We’ll move through familiar poses in a circular pattern in a seamless flow of continual, easeful movement. Sometimes the movements are large and dynamic, other times they are as subtle as the pulsation of your breath.
Full Circle is a practice to let go into, with curiosity, to see what arises and what freedom brings.
