I crafted these two short practices with busy times in mind.
Whether we’re out having fun with summer travel, we’re bogged down with work or it’s the holidays, it’s nice to have short practices to turn to so we can stay consistent.
One is suited to mornings and has a rise and shine vibe, the other is suited to evenings and has a wind-down vibe.
