For a lot of us, our mid and upper backs lose mobility due to posture, lifestyle and a lot of the same movements over and over again.
This practice aims to restore some mobility and increase a feeling of freedom in your mid and upper back as well as their neighbors, your shoulders.
It combines extension, flexion, side bending and rotation so you get a bit of all the good stuff for your spine.
This is a great practice to do regularly in its entirety or grab a few of your favorite moves from it and do them everyday!
Quick note: if you have a back injury you’re working with, please consult with your medical professional beforehand, contrary to common belief, not ALL yoga is great for injuries!
